Our Jeet Kune Do workshop was a great succes

Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. 

Our head instructors, James ter Beek and George Sirag were back recently to conduct a knowledge filled, practical workshop on the art of Jeet Kune Do.  

18 people were in attendance on what was a fairly warm day, and we want to thank you all for showing up and putting in the work!

Several people that never trained in Jeet Kune Do attended too, and all found it a very interesting, enjoyable and useful workshop.  Amongst the attendees were some seasoned martial artists that told us they really enjoyed looking at certain things from a fresh perspective and clearly took away some valuable pointers to improve their own game.

So watch this space , more workshops are coming in the future!
